Oscar Martin Molina was born and raised in Fresno, California on July 1, 1964 to Petra (Martinez) and Oscar Molina. He graduated from Fresno High in 1982. He later went on to work for Dellavalle for over 30 years. At the age of 27 he welcomed his first child, Franky, and a year later Marissa. Oscar had a competitive nature, he loved to play basketball and poker, and most of all loved to be right (which he claimed he was 97% of the time). He had a huge place in his heart for his children and all of his nieces and nephews. He was a fanatic of Lebron James and Michael Jordan. His love for the city of Chicago came from watching the Bears win the Super Bowl, with the help of one his favorite players, Waltor Payton and watching the Bulls win championships under Michael Jordan. A hard worker, loving father, brother and Tio, Oscar had a one of a kind personality who will be missed by so many. We love you.
Oscar is survived by his mother Petra Molina, two children Franky and Marissa Molina, brothers Juan and Mario Molina, and sisters Hilda, Olga, Maria, Victoria, Lydia, and Rosa Molina. Along with 32 nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 3, 2019 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
We will always carry Tio Oscar in our hearts, there will never be another like him. Go Bears Baby!
