Octavia was a resident of Clovis and passed away on February 21, 2014 in Fresno at the age of 83. She was born on October 2, 1930 in Ripley, Missouri to Andrew and Ida Richmond. Octavia is survived by her loving children April Linn and her husband Ken, Michael Owens and his wife Lavonne, David Owens and his wife Terry, Judy Baldwin and her husband John, Elizabeth Fujinami and her husband Ron, William Owens Jr. and his wife Rhonda, Gladys Martinez and her husband Gerald, Debra Bambrough and her late husband Matt, Mark Owens and his wife Jamie, Greg Owens and his wife Kathey. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren to cherish her memory. Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
