Norma Jean Owens, age 79, of Fresno , California passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Norma was born August 2, 1943 in Fresno, California.

Norma is survived by her son Bart Owens; and her daughter-in-law Melinda Owens.

A graveside service for Norma will be held Monday, September 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
