He was a welder for Fruehauf Trailers for 25 years.
Noe is survived by his spouse, Maria Rodriguez; son David Rodriguez; daughters, Mary Alice Rodriguez, Joanna Rodriguez and Rebecca Martinez; sisters, Lydia Ribera, Elida Oraze, Mary Alice Alcantar, Hortensia Diaz and Minerva Garcia; seventeen grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral service for Noe will be held at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel, Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
