Born on November 21, 1926, Mary attended Fresno schools, graduating from Castilleja High School in Palo Alto. While attending the University of California in Berkeley, she met Tom Mason, and they married in 1946. Living in Portland, Chico and Fresno, Mary loved raising her two children, cultivating beautiful gardens, entertaining and volunteering. She was an active member of Las Feliz Guild of Valley Children's Hospital. A very gracious lady, Mary was loving and generous with her family and friends.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Meredith Mason of Bend, OR, her son, Michael Mason, her daughter-in-law, Alexis Mason, both of Carmel, CA, and her sister, Martha Craig, of Fresno.
A Memorial Mass is being held at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on August 1 at 10:00 a.m.
