Mary passed peacefully and with loved ones, Tuesday, October 6, 2015. She will always be loved and remembered. Born in Lawrence, MA to Angelina and Giuseppi Magri, she had two sisters, Constance and Louise and a brother, Frank.
She was very close to and loved her family. Married to her devoted husband Angelo for 67 years; they raised their sons Angelo Jr. and Frank in Brooklyn, NY. Later when retired, they moved to Fresno where they led an active social life.
Mary was hardworking and industrious. Although known to be "feisty" and determined in all things she put her hand to, she was a devoted, loyal and giving person to most who knew her.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, from 4:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Thursday, October 15, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
