Grandpa, I have been working on Grandma's eulogy all week.  I know she is right beside you. Please give me strength to get past this week.  I mourn the loss of both of you .  This week is like losing you all over again.  It hurt so much more.  I couldn't understand why.  I realized that even though she was ill and couldn't remember anything, she was here. And you and her are One.  So now that she is gone, you both are .  I love you and happy you are together again.   I miss you and will see you again someday.  Love sarina

Dear Tio Mario's Family, We are bound by the seven brothers(our grandfathers) who left Teocaltiche, Jalisco, Mexico about 1917. I met your Dad at the Riverview Cemetery, we wondered who he was, as he had left flowers at everyone's grave including my father, Mariano G. Rodriguez, his first cousin who died in 1955 at age 34. He became my Uncle. All of us enjoyed this wonderful and loving man.  We stopped to visit him in Fresno about 10 yeras ago.  We were lost and there was no GPS yet.  He told us what corner to look for him.  He got into the car and said: "let's go home." Mario Chico and family, you have our deepest sympathy. We regret that health issues prevented us from his "Send off to Heaven."

God bless you Uncle Mario. I have fond memories of you. May the Lord bring comfort to your family, friends and relatives.

I miss you grandpa and love you so much R.I.P.GRANDPA. I miss you calling my name to scratch your back and getting you water. Im glad youre in a better place now. You dont have to worry about anything anymore.We will take care of Grandma for you. Now you can ride your horses all day and night.

I WAS PROUD TO BE YOUR FIRST GRAND CHILD, YOU TAUGHT ME ALOT & I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT. I SIT AND WONDER WHY YOU HAD TO GO SO SOON & I HATE THAT I WILL NEVER GET TO SEE YOU AGAIN. Mr. Rodriguez, I seen you a year ago at Pacific Gardens when you were visiting your beautiful wife. It was so awesome to see the love that had endured for many decades was still as strong as I remembered it almost forty years ago. You remembered the time that we were out looking for a car for Anita and she said she was hungry and you pulled from your back pocket a flat, folded sandwich and offered it to her. We laughed so hard that day! That was just one of the great memories I have of you. You were such a funny and loving man and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace!
