January 11, 2021. Beloved Tia Naty was born on September 8, 1926 in Veracruz, Mexico to Juan
and Petra Zavala.
She is preceded in death by Frank G. Cordova, her loving husband of 47 years; sister, Olivia Z.
Evans and brother, Lorenzo Calles.
She is survived by her niece, Elsa DeWitt (Larry); nephew, John Z. Leal (Vera); niece, Sara Leal-
Garcia (Jesse); nephew, Eduardo Z. Leal (Velma); niece, Gina Lyzenga Calles; nephew, Larry
Calles and many other loved ones.
Tia Naty will always be remembered for her care and dedication to her loving husband, her
strong faith in God, and her ability to listen and to provide comfort, advice and support to all
her family. She was a kind and compassionate soul who inspired everyone to be their best.
We will carry her in our hearts forever.
The family would like to give special thanks to Maria Luisa Alvarez her loving and dedicated
caregiver who loved her very much.
A Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. St. Helen's Catholic
Church. Private graveside service.
