Margaret Mary Mendoza

On Thursday, March 30, 2023, Margaret Mendoza's soul and spirit passed through the gates of Heaven. Margaret was born in Woodlake CA to parents Bonnie and Edward Alva. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph ,son Ralph William, and brother Albert Alva.

She is survived by her sister Delores (Rudy)Chavez ,daughter Patricia (Vidal) Sanchez, daughter in-law Monica Mendoza and son James (Liz) Mendoza. Her most valued treasure are her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret's wit, wisdom, and her sincere generosity will be remembered by all who knew her. Her vitality and conviction will be miss dearly.

A visitation for Margaret will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary that will take place at 6:00 PM.

The Mass of Christian Burial Service will occur on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM at The Shrine of St. Therese Catholic Church, 855 E. Floradora Ave., Fresno, CA 93728 followed by a committal service at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 264 N Blythe Ave., Fresno, CA 93706 immediately after the funeral mass service.
