Manuel is survived by his esposa, Rosario Arciniega; his hija Berta Flores; his hija Margarita Flores; his hijo Abel Flores; his hija Guadalupe Flores; his hija Angelica Flores; his hija Yoly Flores; and his hijo Juan Manuel Flores.

A rosario will occur Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701. A servicio funerario will occur Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM, 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701. An entierro will occur Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
