Luis is survived by son John Montelon; son Jose Antonio Garcia; and son Luis Garcia Jr..

Luis was preceded in death by father Antonio Garcia.

A graveside service for Luis will be held Friday, November 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
