IN THE CARE OF
Lowell James Burr went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2025, he was 80 years old. He was born May 9, 1944, in Porterville, California to Esther Burr (Clint) and Elby Burr.
Lowell married the love of his life on June 27, 1963, to Gloria Ann Burr. Lowell has three surviving children; Rochelle Repp, Ronda Madrid, and Lowell James Burr the 2nd. Lowell had six grandchildren; Heather Burr-Valdivia, Mikel Madrid, Miles Madrid, Alexander Burr-Valdivia, Nathan Burr, and Ryan Burr. Lowell had two great grandchildren; Riley Brewer and Odin Burr. He had many nieces and nephews.
Lowell is preceded in death by Gloria Ann Burr (wife), Esther and Elby Burr (parents), and Heather Burr-Valdivia (Granddaughter).
Services will be held at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, Ca. April 4 at 11:00 am.
