He is survived by his wife, Frances Pendergrass; sons, Larry Pendergrass, William Sherman Pendergrass, Phillip Pendergrass, Stephen Spoors, Stanley Spoors and his wife Gloria, and Douglas Spoors.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
