He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Beverly Kozlowski; son, Eric Kozlowski and his wife Ronda; daughter, Nicole Mullins and her husband Seamus; and grandchildren, Rebecca, Emily, Benjamin, Mackenzie, Garrett, Carly, Haley and Declan.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, November 8, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Hanford, Ca. on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
