Kathy Lee Hansen, age 73, of Fresno, California went to be with the Lord on February 28th, 2024. Kathy was born April 23rd, 1950 in Fresno, California. She was preceded in death by her parents Leroy and Donnalee Hansen. Kathy is survived by her daughter Kristen Madson, son-in-law Gary Madson; twin sister Kay (Bill) Pucheu; nephews Erick Pucheu, Brian Pucheu, and Mark (Megan) Pucheu; great nieces/nephew.
Kathy loved life and was a dedicated daughter, sister, mother, and friend. Kathy was an enthusiastic special education teacher for over 35 years. She was passionate about her alma maters Selma High School and Fresno State University. She was a proud member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and loved all things related to the Bulldogs. One of Kathy’s greatest joys in life was sharing her life-long love of Disneyland with her daughter.
Kathy’s memorial service will be held on March 15th, 2024 at 11:00 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 5955 S. Elm Ave Fresno, CA. 93706. There will be a private burial.
