Judy graduated from the eighth grade at Benita Junior High in Benita, OK in 1956 and then attended Caruthers High School in Caruthers, CA.
She married her high school sweetheart, Gene Hull on October 17, 1958 in Willits, CA. They raised three daughters and one son. They loved to travel in their motor home and spent a lot of time camping at the coast. She worked for the USDA as a raisin inspector. Judy loved crafts. She was a talented artist and all of her children have original paintings hanging in their homes that she painted exclusively for them. She loved to spend time with friends; painting and playing board or card games. She recently took up jewelry making and enjoyed sitting at her kitchen table with friends making jewelry.
Judy asked Gene to take her to a Jimmy Swaggert Conference in the 1970’s instead of a birthday present. He accepted Christ that night and their lives were forever changed. Judy was a student of God’s Word, she loved reading her Bible. On more than one occasion, she would comment that she needed a new Bible. This was because her current Bible had pages falling out or the cover was detached from the binding. She was a talented writer and story teller. She had countless notebooks and journals of things she had written down. Most of her notes were scripture references and how the Holy Spirit had spoken to her through the Word or a Church Service. Judy loved to worship her Savior, she did not claim to be a great singer, but her body language in a Worship Service was contagious and encouraged others to join along.
She was preceded in home-going by her husband, Gene Hull and daughter, Joanne. She is survived by her daughters; Debbie Hull of Fresno, Diana Hull of Fresno and son; Gene Hull and his wife, LeeAnn of Caruthers. Seven Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
