Juanita was born on January 15, 1926 in Billings, Oklahoma to Frank and Ella Miller. In 1938 Juanita married Charles Rodriguez Sr. in Fresno. They had five children: Charles Jr., Dorothy, Mary, Sally and Richard. In 1965 Juanita lost her first husband, Charles. At age 40 she met, and soon after married, William Woods. They enjoyed twelve happy years together until he passed away in 1978. Being the loving person Juanita was, she spent her remaining years caring for her mother until she passed away. Then her attention went to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and cousins. Juanita is survived by 4 children, 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, numerous great, great grandchildren, and cousins.
