Jose "Joe" Luis Palacios, age 62, of Fresno, California passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Joe was born in Jacona, Michoacán, Mexico.

Joe is survived by his mother Eloisa Ramirez Palacios; his sister Estella Palacios-Oshalim, his sister Sofia Palacios-Wilson (Jim) and his sister Rosa Palacios Amaro.

A funeral service for Joe will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706.

Serving as pallbearers are Vernon Amaro, Jonathan Oshalim, Jim Wilson and James Wilson.
