He was a dedicated Electrician for PG&E for over 40 years. He truly loved his job along with the challenges and long hours it presented. John was born and raised on a ranch where he dedicated many years of hard work and dedication to his family's vineyard. He also served on the Pacific Union Elementary School Board for over 30 years.
John's true love was his family. He was preceded in death by Carole Marie, his loving wife for 30 years.
He is survived by his children and their spouses, Terry, David, Paul and Katie; and his four grandsons, John, Noah, Sammy and Manuel.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, December 22, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Friday, December 23, 2011, at 10:30 a.m.
