She worked as a model at Rodder's Mademoiselle in Fresno, in Public Relations at The Fresno Bee, as a bookkeeper at FESCO Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, and as a volunteer docent at Fresno Chaffee Zoo. She was an award winning artist, painting over 40 paintings, which she graciously gave to friends and family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robin Rush; two children, Bret Rush and Jeanne Williams; five grandchildren; John Robin McCrery, Jenna McCrery, Juliana Rush, McKenna Rush, and Steven Williams; and her brother, David Humphreys.
A Memorial Service to honor her life will be held at Yosemite Garden Retirement Living, 2100 Fowler in Clovis, Ca., on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:30 pm.
