Sunday, August 7, 2016, in Fresno, CA.
Jessie was born in
Firebaugh, CA on January 29, 1929.
Jessie enjoyed gardening,
sitting by the ocean, but most of all,
spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her
husband, Ruben Galvan;
her second husband, Angel Soto;
her son, Michael Galvan;
and her granddaughter, Tara Galvan.
Jessie is survived by her sons, Alfred Galvan
and his wife Virginia,
and Gerald Galvan and his wife Debbie;
grandchildren, Marc, Erica,
Jon, and Roxanne; five great-grandchildren;
and seven brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns
& Blair Funeral Home on
Thursday, August 11, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
followed by a Recitation of the
Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at
Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church,
2838 N. West Ave., Fresno, CA on Friday,
August 12, 2016, at 12:00 noon,
followed by interment at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
