Born and raised in Fresno, Jesse was a proud graduate of the original Central Union High School. He continued his education, earning a degree in Business Administration from business college. Throughout his life, Jesse was a dedicated worker, spending time at Savemart Grocery Store as a grocery bagger and later working with the Catholic Diocese.
Jesse had a vibrant personality and a love for life’s simple joys. He was an avid fan of K-Pop and anime, finding joy in the music and stories that connected people across cultures. He also loved watching YouTube travel videos, experiencing the world through the eyes of others as they explored places like Disneyland, Hawaii, and beyond.
Jesse is survived by his loving sisters, Cindy Chacon, Yvonne LaVenture, and Yolanda Riojas. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eusebio and Narcisa Chacon, and his brother, Abel James Chacon.
Jesse will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, humor, and passion for life will be remembered always.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 9:00 AM at St. John's Cathedral, 2814 Mariposa St., Fresno, CA 93720. Burial to follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
