Sidney Gerald Dowell "Jerry" was born on April 11, 1938 in Santa Cruz, California.

He passed away in Fresno California on April 19, 2020.

Jerry is preceded in death by his wife, Donna.

He is survived by his son, Timothy Dowell; daughter Cindy Hudecek; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
