Jean was born on October 4, 1932 in Caplinger Mills, Missouri to Luther and Zora Turney. She passed away in Fresno on November 5, 2015 at the age of 83. Jean has been a longtime resident of Fresno where she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband Vern of 61 years, her son Craig Dillon and daughter Lisa Dillon Bettencourt, and her grandson Zachery Bettencourt.
She is survived by her son Michael Dillon Sr. and his wife Teresa of Madera, her grandchildren Michael Dillon Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona, Elizabeth Dillon of Clovis, CA, and Salina Schmidt of Fresno, CA. Jean is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren and her brother Ross Turney of Portland, Oregon.
Jean requested a private Family service where she was laid to rest next to Vern.
