Helen Margaret Horch

She was born in August 1908 in Fresno, Ca. to Margaret and Gottleib Weisbrod. She married Edward Horch in February 1930. Helen and her husband had two children and were grape farmers for many years in Biola, Ca. They were married for 58 years, when Ed passed in 1988. She moved to Morro Bay, Ca. to be closer to family in 1997 and later moved into Ingleside Assisted Living in Atascadero, Ca. in April of 2009.

Her many life stories and long family history that she enjoyed sharing will be fondly remembered by her family, as well as by the staff and friends she made while living her final years at Ingleside Assisted Living.

Helen was predeceased by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Myrtle Horch; her husband, Edward Horch; and her mother, Margaret Helmuth.

She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Borger, and her husband, Thomas, granddaughter, Helene Dinsmoor, and her husband, Bruce, and the light of her life, 10 year old great granddaughter, Marisa, all of Morro Bay, CA.

A Graveside Service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery, 1411 West Belmont Ave., Fresno, Ca. on Friday, February 10, 2012, at 11:30 a.m.
