Graciela Gutierrez Gomez

Graciela Gutierrez Gomez of Fresno, CA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at the age of 72. Graciela was born on July 7, 1944, to the late Sr. Modesto Fernandez Gutierrez and Sra. Sara Martinez Gutierrez. She had four older siblings, Marcello Gutierrez, Irma Gutierrez, Antonio Gutierrez and Eloy Gutierrez. Graciela was born in a small town, Doctor Gonzalez, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Graciela was married to the love of her life, Daniel O. Gomez, on August 4, 1973.

Graciela was the most beautiful, loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was both a homemaker and worked side by side with her husband Daniel in the family business. She was completely devoted to all of the above.

Graciela is survived by her husband, Daniel O. Gomez; her four children, Daniel, Diego, Eloy, and Tania; her five grandchildren, Taylor, Isabella, Ayden, Sarah, and Ariana; her daughters-in-law, Annette, and Esmeralda; and son-in-law, Ezequiel Murillo.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.

Interment to follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
