Gloria was born on June 26, 1923. A beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, she passed away at home on Wednesday, September 22, 2010. She was born in New Canton, ILL. and moved to Fresno, Ca. when she was 13 years old. She graduated from Roosevelt High School and worked at Hammer Field during WWII. She was first and foremost a mother and worked at various secretarial positions in Fresno.
She is survived by four children, Stephen, Rhonda, Michele and Rochele; sister, Jackie Gardner, two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Farrar and Sally Claudino; nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at 11:00 a.m.
Remembrances may be made to donor's favorite charity.
