Born in Oklahoma to Ike and Helen McDonald, Gloria was the baby of seven children. At seventeen Gloria met the love of her life when Al Grouleff, dashing Air Force pilot, swept her off her feet marrying her just three months later. After WWII Gloria and Al moved to the Central Valley and raised three children, Linda, Don and Greg. Gloria helped Al develop their business in AG Aviation, and by the early 1970's they co-founded Grouleff Aviation, which, after 40+ years continues as a successful business today.
Gloria was talented and creative. A notable cook and seamstress, she designed and sewed unique dolls for many children and adults who treasure them still today and created and designed the wedding dresses worn by her daughters-in-law, Pam and Josette. Gloria was exceptionally generous, kind and giving of her time and was loved by all she touched. Gloria was a God loving woman and we are comforted to know that she will have eternal life in heaven.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Al of 66 years; sons, Greg and Don; daughters-in-law, Pam and Josette; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
