Frank was born in San Diego, CA on November 18, 1927.
Frank follows the loss of his wife Bernice LaVerne Munoz. He is survived by his previous wife of 26 years, Bobbie Lee Ginther-Munoz, Daughter Cynthia Lynn Mozingo, Son Frank William Munoz, Grandchildren, Frankie William Munoz IV, Ronald Emmett Mozingo, Michael Irwin Mozingo, Kristin Lynn Williams, Sister Esther Noriega and six step children and their families.
Frank served proudly in the US Navy from 1943 to 1945, Seamen First Class aboard the LST-701. Frank also served over 10 years in the Navy Reserve. Frank was a Diesel mechanic for 35 years.
Graveside services will be on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 11AM at the Fresno Memorial Gardens.
