Evelyn Elizabeth Smith

She is survived by her daughter and son in Law Bob and Linda Lozano, son and daughter in law Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie C. and Patricia Smith, a brother L.G. Beshears of Fresno, a sister Wanda Truhttie of Madera , 5 Grandchildren, Wesley Crandall, Lynnette Moorman, Teresa Abril, Kathy Laird, Chad Smith, and 10 great grandchildren.

Evelyn worked as a Beautician for many years. Evelyn was the pianists and organist at 6 different churches. New Hope Southern Baptist, Bethel Southern Baptist, Central Southern Baptist, First Southern in Madera, First Southern in Sanger and 13 years for Trinity Southern Baptist. She also played the piano for The Golden State quartet, The Gospel Tones quartet and The Smith Family Singers, who performing at various churches throughout the San Joaquin Valley. While Evelyn played the piano at Bethel Southern, she also played on a radio program on Sunday Mornings where the choir and the quartet sang. Evelyn was a devout Christian and dedicated her life to God and doing Gods work. She was loved by everyone who knew her. She will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 2:00 until 4:00 pm. Memorial service Trinity Southern Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 11:00 am.
