Esperanza "Hope" Ramos Montanez was born on June 10, 1918 and passed away on May 20, 2011. She was a life long Fresno resident. Hope was the eldest of eight children and the mother of two, Nora who preceded her in death in February 2011 and Alex.
Hope is survived by her siblings, Lupe Lopez, Gloria Ybarra, Frank Ramos; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul Newman Center on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Paul Newman Center on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Hope requested that remembrances be sent to for her grandchildren's education fund.
