She is survived by his sons, Fernando, David, Richard, Gustavo Gomez, daughters, Mary Anaya, Stella Alvarez, Lupe Calles and Socorro Valdez.
Esperanza was preceded in death by her husband Guadalupe Gomez.
A visitation for Esperanza will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 starting at 3:00 pm and followed by the rosary at 7:00 pm at the Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 "L" Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
Funeral Mass on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 9:30 am at the St. Anthony Claret, 2494 S. Chestnut Ave., Fresno, CA 93725. Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1411 W. Belmont Ave, Fresno, California 93728-2704.
