Eleanor M. Edde

She was born in Hamilton, Mo on June 6, 1922 and was happily married to her husband Joe R. Edde for 57 years. Joe passed away on August 2, 1998.

Eleanor grew up in Southern California, before moving to Five Points, California, in 1951.

Eleanor was active in Westside Community activities, including Cub Scouts, the local school and her church. When Eleanor and Joe moved to Clovis, CA in the early 1980's, they became very active members of the Hope Lutheran Church.

Eleanor was truly a lady of great faith, right to the very end. Her life revolved around her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She felt her calling in life was to help those most in need.

She is survived by her children; Larry and his wife Carol, Don and his wife Sandi, and Greg; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Tara, Brittany, Matthew, John, Marissa and Aaron; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Lisle Funeral Home, on Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 10:00 am.
