He served in World War II with the Third Maine Division. He is a retired letter carrier.
Don is survived by Nancy, his wife of 57 years; his daughters, Dawna Lord and Patte Gustafson; and granddaughters, Shannon and Brande Gustafson.
A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park on Friday, October 21, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.
