Debra Rubio passed away peacefully on October 23, 2014. Debra was born on December 23, 1959, and lived in Pinedale, CA most of her life. Debra graduated from Clovis High School in 1978. She worked for Table Mountain Casino
for 19 years before she became ill.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ann Rubio; her siblings, Dolores "Olie", Richard "Dickie", and David "Davey".
Debra is survived by her wife, partner and best friend of 20 years, Tina Salazar-Rubio; her son, Richie; her god-children, Michael and Aliyah; her aunt Pat "Mom"; her siblings, Mary Helen, Linda, Robert "Bobby", and Henry "Hank" Jr.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, October 31, 2014,
from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5:00 p.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery on Saturday,
November 1, 2014, at 11:00 a.m.
