Christine Barbosa Sanchez

Christine was born on September 12, 1925, in Pinedale, California, to Ygnacio and Atenodora Barbosa, Christine Barbosa Sanchez, joined her parents; brother Ygnacio; her husband John; and her daughter Kathleen, in heaven, on Friday, August 7, 2015.

Christine led a happy life and will be missed by her children, Barbara and John; her granddaughter Jordan; and her sisters, Vicenta Rosas and Inez Amparano; as well as her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who will always keep her memory alive in their hearts. Christine was a proud member of Young Ladies Institute.

Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, and Thursday, August 13, 2015, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Thursday, August 13, 2015, at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church on Friday, August 14, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery.
