Carol Aldecoa was born on January 14th, 1965 and passed unexpectedly February 26th, 2023. Carol attended Fresno High School where she excelled in softball and soccer. After high school, she attended Fresno City College for two years before transferring to Fresno State University where she graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating, Carol worked for H&R Block for 15 years. Carol's entrepreneurial spirit took her to new heights and in 2009, she opened her first Liberty Tax Service on First and Shaw Avenue in Fresno. Over the next 14 years, Carol had opened additional Liberty Tax Service stores where she developed a close relationship with her clients and employees. Carol was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8900 Auxiliary for over 40 years. Carol enjoyed traveling, the Dodgers, Disneyland, being surrounded by her family and pampering her mother every friday. Carol was known for her loyalty, her larger than life personality and her favorite catchphrase "life is good."
Caroline is survived by her mother Norine G. Aldecoa; her sister Kathy Aldecoa, her brother Joe (Attracta Aldecoa), her sister Josephine (Lorenzo Brown), her sister Denise Snow and her sister-in-law Sonia Aldecoa.
Caroline was preceded in death by her father Jose Trujillo Aldecoa; her brother Hector Aldecoa.
Carol also leaves behind great nieces and nephews who loved her dearly;Ramon aldecoa,Christopher Brown,Johnluke Aldecoa,Rachel Aldecoa.Great-nieces and nephews;Madeline Aldecoa, Andrew Aldecoa, Evie Aldecoa, Jaxon Aldecoa, Denise snow, Emily Sommers, Paxton Sommers, Maddox Sommers (close friends).
A visitation for Caroline will be held Monday, March 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Victory, 2838 N West Ave, Fresno, CA 93705. A rosary service will occur Monday, March 13, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 2838 N West Ave, Fresno, CA 93705. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2838 N West Ave, Fresno, CA 93705.
