Bedolla on February 20, 1946 in Hollister, CA. He proudly served in the US Army and was deployed to
Vietnam as an Infantryman (1966-67). He was a lifetime member of the VFW and served as the VFW
Service Commander for Post #9896 in Chowchilla, CA. Carlos spent 35 years in the grocery industry as
Manager, 27 of those were at Nob Hill Foods. He was a devout member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church
in Fresno.
Carlos was dedicated to raising and supporting his family. He enjoyed spending time with his family and
enjoyed the company of his dogs Gus and Ollie and his cats Ranger and Rudy. He enjoyed planting his
spring garden and spending time outside in his yard. Carlos made a difference and touched the lives of
the people who he loved and knew.
Carlos was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend.
Carlos is survived by his wife of 51 years Jessica Bedolla; his son, Carlos Bedolla Jr. (Katherine) and
grandchildren, CJ (Kailani), Graycen, Makena, and Abigail; daughter, Mona Mendonca (Jason) and
grandchildren, Andrew Burns (Sarah),Janessa, Thomas (Jessica),Julianna, Maria, Victoria, Erik, and Olivia;
son, Paul Bedolla and grandchildren Evan and Emma; great-grandchildren, Elias, Allysa, Xavier, Fiona, Elise, Arthur, Odin and Sofia. Carlos is also survived by his mother Ruth Bedolla (Gilroy).
He is also survived by his brothers and sisters and adopted daughter Dana (Williams) Eclarin.
Carlos was preceded in death by his father Elias Bedolla; brother, Joseph Bedolla and daughter-in-law,
Jodi (Green) Bedolla.
Services will be private due to COVID-19 with a Celebration of Life that will be determined at a later date.
