

I had the pleasure of working with Bruce for many years at City Hall. He was a great man.

I had the opportunity to work in the cubicle across from Bruce for four years at City Hall.  Called it Old Codger Corner since we were all seasoned employees.  We worked hard and laughed a lot.  We would bring our chairs into the center aisle of the cubicles at break time and chat.  Bruce was active with service organizations and his wife sold Avon--which I could always find an item that I desperately needed.

My condolences to all family members.  We have our memories.

Thank you Mr. Abbott for your 39 years of service to the City of Fresno.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Bruce.   I had the pleasure of working with the Bruce at City Hall .  While he was a pessimist, he was super sweet.  I admired his love and loyalty for our Country.  And I enjoyed his? green bean casserole contribution to our famous potlucks.  I  was happy to run in him and get my hug at the Tractor Store this past year.  Heartfelt Sympathies.
