She was preceded in death by her parents, Harles Williams and Ruth Thomas.
She is survived by her daughter Deanna Deatherage, son Richard Smith, 6 Grand Children and 7 Great Grand Children. She is also survived by her two brothers Tony Williams, Eddie Williams and a sister Lois Scott.
A visitation for Artie will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Truth Tabernacle, 4411 N First Street, Fresno, CA 93726, followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM.
A committal service will occur Tuesday, March 21, 2023 Immediately following the funeral service at Clovis Cemetery District, 305 N Villa Ave, Clovis, CA 93612.
