Arthur Louis Parker wass born in Fresno California on February 13, 1941 and left to live with the Lord on January 11, 2018 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife, Regina. Three children, Kelly Vincent and her husband Jimmy, Luanne DeVice and her husband Dana and Bill Grigsby and his wife Amy. Five grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah, Joseph, Kaitlyn and Aly and two great grandchildren Mattelyn and Maysen.
Louie as he was better known retired from PG&E as gas crew foreman in 2005. Retirement left Louie with more time to do the things he really loved, family, fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed making garden characters out of scrap metal. His garage was always open to receive some of his many friends. He enjoyed keeping up his own yard and working in his garden. Louie was the neighborhood handyman and did everything from bringing in the garbage cans to changing light bulbs for the neighbors. He was a true artist, all would come to him with a picture in their mind and he would be able to create it for them.
Speaking for all that knew him, Louie was a kind loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather as well as friend and neighbor.
