Annamarie Gutierrez Donaldson

Annamarie was born on October 18th, 1963 in Fresno,

CA to Dora and Macario Gutierrez. She was the oldest of two children, being followed by her sister Patricia Gutierrez.

Growing up Anna played softball with her sister and cousins on a team that was coached by her father. Softball and Baseball were Anna’s favorite sports which lead to her becoming a longtime Dodgers fan. An alumni of Fresno High School, Anna served with pride as a letter girl on the high school’s marching band.

Anna worked many jobs in her lifetime, including Handiman Hardware where she met her husband David Donaldson and Longs Drugs/CVS Pharmacy where for 30 years she held multiple positions including merchandiser and bookkeeper along with making many friends during her time there.

Anna loved all things Disney and Disneyland, a love that she was able to pass down to her children and grandson.

Anna is survived by her husband David, her children Christopher and Stephanie, her grandson Alexander, her mother Dora, her sister Patricia and her nephew Maxwell Filgas.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns and Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29th from 4pm until 7pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church

on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11 am.
