Andrew is survived by his wife, Mary Helen Benitez; daughter Catarina Benitez; and son Andrew J Benitez; sister Rafaela Perales, sister Sally Pruneda, sister Amparo Yanez, sister Raquel Benitez, sister Hope Serna, sister Rosie Benitez, sister Lily Benitez, and sister Edie Benitez.
