Sue Anna (Christiensen) Whittaker, 92, of Fremont, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Countryside Continuing Care Center. She was born the daughter of Nick and Anna (Meyer) Christiensen on January 11, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio. She married Eldon L. Whittaker on October 11, 1941 in Lakewood, Ohio.
Sue is survived by her son, John (Bette) Whittaker, of Fremont, Ohio, 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 7great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Eldon Whittaker, and daughter, Sally Gibson.
Per her request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held for Sue at a later date.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to donor’s choice.
