Lawrence "Larry" J. Nieset

Lawrence J. “Larry” Nieset, 77, of Fremont died Thursday, November 5, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 14, 1938 in Fremont, OH the son of Herman and Helen Nickles. Larry worked at Green Bay Packaging and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.

Surviving are his siblings: Mary (Gary) Wurzel , Thomas (Janet) Nieset and Nancy(Roger) Von Eitzen all of Fremont, OH; step-children: Peggy Davis, William Hicks, David Hicks, Jeff Guevremont, James Hicks, Mark Hicks and Judy Kreiner. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret and step-son Mike Hicks.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8P.M. at Keller-Koch-Chudzinski Funeral Home, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, Ohio where vigil services will begin at 7:30P.M. Mass of Resurrection will begin at 10:30A.M. on Wednesday at St. Ann Catholic Church with Rev. Michael Zacharias officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Clyde, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church or Back to the Wild 4504 Bardshar Road
