Logan Chase Wood

He was born on August 19, 1997 in Auburn, Indiana.

Logan attended Angola High School.

He currently worked for Lakeside Meats & Seafood in Angola. He formerly worked at Love’s Truck Stop in Angola, working as an emergency roadside tech.

Logan enjoyed roller skating, riding motorcycles, going fast, and music. He was very creative, loyal, and was a #joker. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend.

Survivors include his mother, Melinda Griffin of Angola, Indiana, father, Walter TJ Wood of Kendallville, Indiana, sister, Carragan Wood (Alfredo Aguilera) of Garrett, Indiana, brother, Auston (Elizabeth) Griffin of Quincy, Michigan, grandparents, Clay and Judy (Edwards) Griffin of Angola, Indiana, nieces and nephews, Lilly Marie, Odin Leon, Phoenix Wade, Arlene Isabella, and Lucianna Pearl, and aunt and uncle, Stephanie (Michael) Eckerle of Fremont, Indiana, uncle and aunt, Tim and Deb Frick & family of Auburn, Indiana, and aunt, Cindy Wood & family of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Ellen and Dan Wood.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3 pm Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Family Life Center of Angola Assembly of God Church, 1405 Williams Street, Angola, Indiana 46703.
