Kimberly Jo (Seely) Rumsey

She was born on March 19, 1963 in Hillsdale, Michigan.

Kim graduated from Hillsdale High School in 1981.

Kim enjoyed camping and the outdoors with friends and family. She loved each of her grandchildren in their own special way. When she wanted to escape she would head to the warmth of Florida where she enjoyed spending time with family. Another most enjoyed event was the fireworks from her own yard, with her children and grandchildren. She spent many hours in her backyard surrounded by her Guinea fowl flock announcing everyone's arrival.

She was the co-owner of Absolute Advantage in Fremont, Indiana with her husband Randy.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Rumsey of Fremont, Indiana, mother, Mary (Arnold) and Cleo Swan of Hillsdale, Michigan, father, Phil (Irene) Seely of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, children, Michelle (Paul) Schwartz of Nottawa, Michigan, Corey (Terra) Stroble of Hillsdale, Michigan and Eric (Danielle) Stroble of Plantation, Florida, grandchildren, Olivia, Payge, Dylan, Elliott, Hunter, Charlotte and Graham, sisters, Sheryl (Tony) Matthews of Columbus, Ohio and Cindy Gilpatrick of Surprise, Arizona, and a brother, Mark (Lisa) Seely of Jonesville, Michigan.

Visitation will be held from 11 am until 1 pm Monday, April 14, 2025 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

A Memorial Service will follow at 1 pm at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Rev. Jon Bruney will officiate the service.

Memorial donations in her memory may be directed in care of the family.
