Joseph "Joe" Lauren Gould

Joseph Lauren Gould, age 31, of Coldwater, Michigan, and formerly of Fremont, Indiana, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018. Joe was born on December 7, 1986, in Angola, Indiana, the son of Ronald Alan and Patricia Jane (Ater) Gould. He graduated from Fremont High School in 2005, and Purdue University in 2009. After college Joe enjoyed a career in sales. He was known as a wonderful person, a big guy with a big heart. He loved his friends and family very much. He was a very good athlete and enjoyed playing golf and basketball, and loved to coach basketball. Joe married Clara Kinzinger on October 1, 2017 in Orland, Indiana. Survivors include his wife, Clara Kinzinger Gould of Coldwater, Michigan, a sister, Elizabeth Nichole Gould of Fort Wayne, Indiana, a brother, Arron Terrell of Fremont, Indiana, step-mother, Cherry R. Gould of Fremont, Indiana, father-in-law, Jeffery Kinzinger of Hillsdale, Michigan, and his son, Jayden Kinzinger to whom he was known as “big brother”, and grandparents, Maxine Ater of Fremont, Indiana, Carol and Gene Smith of Angola, Indiana, Carol Gould of Pleasant Lake, Indiana, Marty and Kim McNeal of Fremont, Indiana, and Cheryl Lovely of Toledo, Ohio, and a God-Daughter, Isabella Blotter of Fremont, Indiana. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Gould and Patricia Gould, a daughter, Lainey Gould, and grandparents, Donald Ater, John Gould, and Janice Maxwell. Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Zion Missionary Church, Fremont, Indiana, with Rev. Jon Bruney officiating. Calling hours will be held prior to the services from 11 am until 2 pm Saturday at the Zion Missionary Church. Burial will follow the services at Jamestown Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana. Memorial donations in his memory are in care of the family towards funeral expenses.
