Samuel "Sam" Carrillo, 66 of Milpitas, CA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of Cynthia Carrillo of 47 years, father of Yvonne Diaz (Robert) and Michael Carrillo (Dawn), grandfather of Michael Carrillo, Anthony Diaz, Anjelica Diaz, Izabela Carrillo, Emily Carrillo, Samantha Carrillo and great grandfather of Anthony "AJ" Diaz. Preceded in death by his mother Connie R. and David O. Carrillo. Also survived by siblings David Carrillo, Ruth Lemus, Martha Olmos, Gilbert Carrillo, Daniel Carrillo as well as many nephews and nieces.
Sam had many passions in life from sports, barbecuing, to camping. But none more than just being with his family and loved ones. He enjoyed the Giants and Warriors, but he loved the 49ers, a true fan through and through. Sam will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
