Robert Ernest Arzaga

Robert was born in Glendale, CA and in the ensuing years, the family moved from

the Los Angeles area to Reno, NV and then later on to the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1973 Robert’s family moved to San Jose where he spent his teen years attending public School and enjoying life as a teenager before enlisting in the

U. S. Army.

After that service, he returned to the San Jose but later on moved to Las Vegas, NV and Seattle, WA for brief periods before settling on San Francisco, CA where he resided and worked. He became an Office Administrator, Cab Driver, Delivery person, Security Guard as well as other occupations and he also owned his own framing business.

Robert was a member of the Glide Methodist Church Choir and was also an usher for the church for a period of three (3) years. His friends knew him as one of the most generous persons one could ever hope to meet and he would share what he had and often “going without” so that others would have. He will be remembered for his kindness and giving nature as well as his great personality.

He leaves behind many friends and is survived by both his parents: Angel and Rosemary Arzaga of San Jose, CA as well as well as his brother, Richard (Judy) Arzaga and their family, all residents of San Ramon, CA as well as his sister, Michelle Arzaga of San Jose, CA.

A memorial service will be held for Robert on August 21, 2016 at the Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary In Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Fremont, CA 94539.
